Hello! I have not yet reintroduced Cocoa into my diet, and therefore am using carob. Here is a low carb carob bar recipe!

Ingredients
- 28g Coconut Flour
- 48g Carob Powder (Or Cocoa if chocolate isn't a problem)
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 2-3 tsp. Stevia
- 4 Eggs
- 90g Coconut Oil - Melted
- 2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
Directions
- Mix dry and wet ingredients separately.
- Mix together wet and dry ingredients.
- Pour into a 8 inch pan that is lined with parchment paper.
- Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes until the middle is done.
- Enjoy!
*You could also add in carob chips, nuts, fruit, etc. :-)
