For anyone who has been on an elimination diet and wants to reintroduce foods, this is a very helpful guide! After being on a LOW FODMAP/AIP diet for a year (to try and heal my Hashimotos and Gut/SIBO symptoms), and switching to a Ketogenic diet a week ago, I decided to try reintroducing foods, one at a time. I was able to reintroduce eggs, but when I tried grassfed ghee for several says, I experienced severe headaches and excruciating arthritis like hip and foot pain. After a day of eliminating it again, the pain and headaches were gone. Inflammation is still there, but I'm hoping that it will improve within a week.
