Good Morning everyone!! This post isn’t a recipe post, but more of a personal update. Over the past year, I haven’t felt like myself. Along with my food intolerances, I’ve experienced severe bloating, fatigue, weight gain, brain fog, and the list goes on. After numerous doctor visits, with several different doctors, and tests I finally have a few answers: Hypothyroidism and Polycystic Ovaries. I started treatment several days ago and am hoping for a positive change. I just wanted to say thank you to my husband and family for supporting me throughout this process. I am just thankful that things are not more serious. I just want to encourage you to go get tested if you aren’t feeling like yourself, the human body is truly an amazing thing. I also recommend on going to a specialist, such as an OBGYN for your thyroid testing.
