Well, a little about me; I love living a healthy and active lifestyle and wish to educate others to begin their journey to a healthier lifestyle. I believe that living a healthy lifestyle not only increases your lifespan, but also your confidence. The most important things in my life are family, good health, my horses, cats, and living each day to the fullest. As far as favorites activities go, they include weight training, horseback riding/training, traveling, and walking outdoors. I make it a point to be active and nourish my body on a daily basis. I always tell people that you can overcome any setback. I recently had total foot reconstruction and have been to the gym every day since my first week in a cast. As a result, I have recovered a lot quicker thanks to maintaining a strong weight routine and keeping active.
