Simple Protein Brownies
Ingredients:
2 Bananas (5-6 oz) *Mashed
80g Unsweetened Coconut Milk Yogurt
40g Cocoa Powder
60g (2 scoops) Whey Isolate
20g Enjoy Life Chocolate Chips
Dash of Salt, Vanilla Extract, and Stevia to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2 Place all of the ingredients (except chocolate chips) in a food processor or mixer and mix until completely smooth.
3 Prepare a loaf pan with parchment paper then pour the batter in. (You can coat the pan with oil instead, but parchment paper is easier to clean up.)
4 Evenly distribute the chocolate chips on top or mix them into the batter.
5 Place them in the oven.
6 Bake for 20 minutes. They are a bit under cooked, but this will make them yummy later.
7 Let cool in the pan then slice into 4 slices.
8 Enjoy!
They may not be pretty, but they taste delicious!!
