Hello!! I just wanted to share some staples that we always keep in our house in order to have healthy options for meals and meal preparation. I always have a lean protein prepared (chicken or cans of tuna), green beans steamed, and I keep sweet potatoes, fruits, nuts, wraps, eggs, spinach, and avocados for other easy meal options. The baked goods are for my husband, they are protein granola bars and protein chocolate chip cookies. Condiments are usually just salt, pepper, coconut oil, nutritional yeast, and mustard.
