My meal prep days vary due to my training schedule for clients and myself. Today just happened to be my day "off" so I took the opportunity to meal prep this afternoon. I just wanted to share what another typical meal prep for myself and my husband looks like. :-)
This is for me. I have either chicken or beef, mashed Japanese sweet potatoes, green beans, and protein brownies with homemade peanut butter and chocolate protein peanut butter.
The next two pictures are meals for my husband. His consist of baked honey mustard chicken thighs/breasts, roasted butter rosemary purple potatoes, honey glazed carrots, and green beans. The baked good are cinnamon raisin protein granola bars and protein banana bread. I am also baking a cake that is made with zucchini and bananas, its actually quite delicious!
