raHello everyone! I started out my day with a great leg lifting session (leg days are my favorite.. especially, deadlifts!), followed by a one mile walk. I then spent most of the afternoon meal prepping for my husband and I. I try to keep things as simple as possible since I am cooking for the two of us.
I ended up making him: Baked Chicken Breast & Pork cooked in olive oil and seasoned with garlic, rosemary, parsley, salt, and pepper. Roasted butter potatoes, green beans, and steamed carrots with a honey/maple syrup glaze that I made.
My meals consist of: Chicken Breast with salt and pepper, sweet potatoes, steamed green beans, avacados, raspberries, blueberries, and my favorite brownies!
I've always loved the quote "Fail to prepare, prepare to fail". Cooking food a few days in advance really makes things a lot easier. :-)
Have a great day!
