Fluffy Banana PB Protein Brownies
Ingredients:
6 oz Banana (Mashed)
32g Dark Chocolate Dreams Peanut Butter
80g Coconut Milk Yogurt
75g Fudge Brownie Whey Isolate (I use Dymatize ISO 100)
15g Dark Chocolate Cocoa Powder
24g Chocolate Peanut Butter Powder
1/8 tsp. Baking Soda
1/8 tsp. Baking Powder
1/8 tsp Salt
Vanilla Extract and Stevia Drops to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2 Place all of the ingredients (except chocolate chips) in a food processor or mixer and mix until completely smooth.
3 Prepare a brownie pan with parchment paper then pour the batter in. (You can coat the pan with oil instead, but parchment paper is easier to clean up.)
4 Evenly distribute the chocolate chips on top or mix them into the batter.
5 Place them in the oven.
6 Bake for 20 minutes. Do not over baker, it will make them dry.
7 Let cool in the pan then slice into 4 slices.
Macros per slice: 7F 24C 19P and 4g Fiber, 11g Sugar.
